Responsibilities: Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell Listing Manager Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings, including data entry, photography, and marketing materials • Work closely with agents to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date • Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections • Monitor and update listing statuses and communicate with clients regularly • Assist with social media and online marketing efforts to maximize property exposure • Track and analyze listing performance and provide regular reports to agents and clients • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel College experience preferred but not required to apply Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience Licensed in real estate or is pursuing a license Qualifications: • Must have an ACTIVE real estate license • Must have prior real estate experience (minimum 2 years) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Compensation: $70,000 at Plan - ($40,000 Base + $100 Per Listing)
