    Closing Manager wanted! Join one of the nation's most successful real estate teams as a Closing Manager, where you'll amaze our agents and clients with your closing abilities! You'll be overseeing a high volume of real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring that each of our clients has a very personal experience and feels the extra degree of customer service and care that we put into each and every aspect of everything we do. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for an experienced professional with experience closing multiple residential resale transactions in a high volume office. You'll be a salaried employee with regular office hours from our office in Homer Glen,IL Our team is a positive, encouraging work environment with a strong culture. Once past your probationary period, you'll have access to paid time off, vacation, profit sharing via bonuses on every transaction, and biweekly coaching on your professional and personal goals. Our team closed over 360 transactions in 2016 and is on track to close over 400 transactions in 2017.   Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes. • Coordinate inspections, communicate with agent during their negotiations about repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs. • Keep in regular contact with buyers and sellers via both phone and email. • Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc. • Faithfully use and improve team systems and embrace team expectations. • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance. • Coordinate moving/possession schedules. • Schedule and coordinate closing process. • Ensure all contact information is correct in client database system. • Assist in answering office phones and routing inbound calls. • Meet with clients in-person as needed. Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail. • Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multitask. • Strong organizational skills Compensation: $55,000 at plan ($30,000 Base plus $50-$100 Bonus on every closing!)
