Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible • Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads • Cell phone and laptop computer needed • Ability to communicate effectively • Self-motivated • Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week • Utilize and maintain your CRM • Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients • Ability to work in a team atmosphere • Be coachable • Be accountable Compensation: $129,000+ at plan yearly
