    LOCATION San Francisco, CA_ During the current public health situation, this job is expected to start remotely. However, once our offices reopen, this position is ideally located in our San Francisco office._ JOB SUMMARY As the Head of Enterprise Sales at CrowdAI, you'll be joining an expanding team bringing new AI solutions to multiple industries. You will be the beginning of the enterprise sales team, meaning this role comes with a great deal of flexibility and opportunity to shape the direction of both the position and the company. The Head of Enterprise Sales will be primarily responsible for collaboratively shaping the sales strategy for commercial products and proving traction in key markets. Specifically, this role will: -  Close deals with the right logos.  -  Work with leadership to build out the enterprise sales process and team into a finely-tuned machine.  -  Collaborate with the product team to inform feature development and product roadmap based on market needs.

    Responsibilities: -  Drive sales & own go-to-market strategy. Be willing to help develop this from the ground up. -  Make initial platform sales in target verticals. Source, qualify, and close sales and partnerships. -  Help create vertical specific sales solutions. Work with strategy to provide content that resonates with customers. -  Develop forward-looking structure for sales org and related teams WHO YOU ARE The right person for this role is comfortable working with ambiguity and isn't afraid to chart a new course. You're seriously independent, and can generate results with little hand-holding. But you're still a team player and are excited to work at a startup that's ready to grow. In fact, you want to help be the one to drive that growth. 

    You have experience in the tech sales world, ideally 7+ years. You know what it takes to get customers excited about a product and to listen to their needs, so we can tailor the product appropriately. You're motivated by success and aren't afraid to change tactics when something isn't working.
