    During the current public health situation, this job is expected to start remotely. However, once our offices reopen, this position is ideally located in our San Francisco office.

    JOB DESCRIPTION CrowdAI is looking for a driven and independent Sales Development representative interested in building the CrowdAI sales team. The team is responsible for generating enterprise opportunities, educating the market about the value of computer vision, as well as ultimately helping sustain CrowdAI's impressive revenue growth.

    You'll work closely with the Head of Sales and senior leadership around positioning, packaging and strategy for building a generational brand, in a multi trillion dollar market. CrowdAI is backed by the early SpaceX investors, the founder of VMWare and Joe Montana (for football fans. Go Niners).

    We believe that computer vision (teaching computers to see like people do) is already having its iPhone moment and CrowdAI is in a prime position to win the space.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • ENTREPRENEURIAL: one day you will be a founder or a CRO. We will show you how to build a sales engine.
    • RESOURCEFUL: Teaching computers how to see is a cutting edge technology. Just about every major global company has applicable use cases to automate vision analytics. A strong candidate will combine the ability to build a vision for senior level decision makers with an analytical mindset to show how the project positively impacts the bottom line.
    • GENTLY PERSISTENT: It takes 7+ touches to get in front of VP at the Fortune 500. Our future sales leader will have an intuitive follow up strategy while informing and entertaining the prospect throughout the process.
    • CONSULTATIVE SALES APPROACH: You are a guide in an organization's journey of digital transformation. Your insights challenge the status quo and your strategic guidance shows prospects a path to a competitive advantage. A promising candidate will show curiosity for a variety of business applications of machine learning and a capacity to pick up technical aspects of computer vision.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 1-2 years of closing the full cycle, Enterprise, technical deals.
    • Cold calling
    • Writing strong email copy
    • Researching 10k reports and prospecting into different markets
    • Ability to succinctly explain abstract concepts.
    • Experience with a CRM system.
    • Proficiency with a modern sales technology stack

    • Experience in an early stage team with an eye for execution.
