    As a Technical Recruiter, you will work with managers and directors to source product managers, account executives, directors for our engineering, sales and marketing departments, software engineers, etc. You will have familiarity with technical languages (even if you're not technical per se), open to video screening, phone screening and have worked at a VC Startup (Series A/B/C). If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box' and who finish projects in a timely manner.

    Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
    • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
    • Review and revise job descriptions and posting on career websites and job boards
    • Source candidates by using databases and social media
    • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
    • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
    • Conduct interviews via Google Meet and/or Zoom
    • Assist managers and team members with recruiting methods and interview questions
    • Maintain a complete record of interviews 
    • Schedule interviews with managers and team members using their calendars
    • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
    • Attend virtual job fairs and careers events

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3+ years work experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-growth technology company
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience working in a fast, high growth VC Startup (Series A/B/C)
    • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
    • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet
    • Ability to use candidate assessment tools

    BONUS ATTRIBUTES:

    • Remote work experience
    • Familiarity with technical languages such as Django, React Native, Jira, Confluence, etc.
    • Comfort with Breezy ATS
