    Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Discovery Attorney to join the E-Discovery and Information Management practice in its Orange County, CA office.  This is a full-time, professional (non-promotion) track attorney position.

    Candidates must have a MINIMUM OF 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH COMPLEX DISCOVERY AND DOCUMENT REVIEW PROJECTS USING A VARIETY OF E-DISCOVERY TECHNOLOGIES. We are looking for self-starters who are able to work on their own and in teams, and to manage projects in a fast paced, demanding environment.  Candidates should have strong organization and communication skills.  Duties include all phases of discovery, including the collection, search, review, analysis and production of information in matters; creating and counseling on discovery policies, such as those around preservation; and generally developing and counseling clients on discovery strategy and related issues.

    Candidates must be a members of the California Bar. Local candidates with immediate start availability are strongly preferred.

    Additional Information

    Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $130,000.  Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
