Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join our Corporate Group in our Los Angeles, CA office.  Our ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials, plus highly developed organizational, writing, and analytical skills; 4-6 years of well-rounded transactional and governance experience with a sophisticated corporate practice in a formidable law firm. Capital markets experience is preferred.  Candidates must be members in good standing of the CA Bar.
