Job Description

Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified ASSOCIATE to join its Corporate practice group, working from the New York, NY office.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 2-3 years of middle market commercial and/or asset-based finance, debt restructuring and debt enforcement experience from either lender or borrower representation and a basic knowledge of secured transactions and bankruptcy. A secondary interest in bank regulatory matters is a plus.

All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed analytical, communication and writing skills. Candidates must be members in good standing of the New York Bar.
