    Our Helena, Montana office is currently seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant.

    The Legal Administrative Assistant works closely with attorneys and legal professionals in a collaborative environment. This position will provide direct support to assigned attorneys and is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical support tasks to ensure high-quality service and efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

    Compiles, proofs, and revises legal documents, contracts, briefs, motions, and pleading as assigned.

    Files and maintains electronic and non-electronic case files.

    Opens and closes case files.

    Retrieves information as requested from records, files, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.

    Schedules meetings, conferences, and depositions; maintains attorneys’ calendars with appointments, court appearances, and other deadlines as requested.

    Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role preferred.

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other similar software.

    Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions.

    Valid driver’s license.
