    Job Description

    Greet Customers Politely in person or on the Phone. Listen to their award needs and make recommendations as needed. Take orders with great detail and enter in computer system for processing. Check orders for accuracy and take payment from customers upon pick up. Monitor emails and answer customer questions and enter their orders.

    Interact with customers to provide exceptional service, build loyal relationships, resolve problems and complaints, and increase sales.

    Great work environment assisting customers to select memorable awards for their team, event or employees.

    Looking for a mature adult to work FULL-TIME, MONDAY - FRIDAY FROM 8:45AM-5:15PM. NO WEEKENDS, NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS.

    2 Positions available.  1 at our Mandarin Crown Trophy store on San Jose Blvd (32223) and 1 at our Southside Crown Trophy on Beach Blvd (32246)

    This is a small family run business with a low stress work environment, amazing co-workers and friendly customers.

    JOB REQUIRMENTS:

    -  High School Diploma Preferred, not required

    -  Excellent Customer Service Experience Required

    -  Proficient in Basic Computer Operation (Internet), required

    -  Responsible Adult able to work unsupervised and as a Team

    • Excellent Reading, Writing, & Spelling Skills

    • Ability to multi-task

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -  Greet all customers pleasantly as they enter the store showroom

    -  Assist in person and email customers with new order selection. Complete order forms completely with appropriate details.

    -  Monitor emails from customers and answer questions and assist with order placing.

    -  Enter new orders, both written and emailed orders, with great detail into internet based computer system.

    -  Retrieve completed orders for customers picking up and process payment as needed. Assist customers to their cars with their orders if needed.

    -  Answer incoming calls within 3 rings (if feasible). Assist customers on the phone with any questions and/or orders.

    -  Resolve all customer issues and complaints quickly, escalating to management as needed.

    -  Maintain a neat, clean and orderly showroom and work area. Vacuum and Dust as needed.
