    Respond to general telephone/email/mail inquiries. Be able to deal with a high volume of incoming calls. Situated at the front of the Group Sales Office, receptionist duties as expected. Type correspondence, open and distribute mail, make photocopies, and send faxes. Assist with special projects as needed. Starting at $14 hourly Full Time offers company health insurance plan. Post 90 days you gain access to employee hotel rates at all IHG hotels. Lunch is provided to all employees daily. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support directly to a sales manager • Effectively and efficiently assist with proposal writing and pricing • Assist with sending/receiving design contracts and payments/deposits • Keep other departments informed with timely detailed event contracts, accurate and updated information • Help manage client databases • Responsible for weekly reporting Qualifications: Job Requirements: • Computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient, typing skills • Able to provide clear, pleasant telephone communication • Excellent verbal and written skills • Well-organized and detail-oriented • Able to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Able to maintain complete confidentiality • Able to work projects through to completion • Clerical experience preferred. High school diploma required Compensation: $14 hourly
