You’ll meet and greet guests when they arrive and leave, bring luggage to guest rooms, support the front desk staff, and assist guests as needed to ensure that when they leave, they’re already looking forward to their next stay. Responsibilities: • Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests • Unload guest luggage and take items up to their room safely and professionally • Welcome guests upon their arrival to the hotel and see them off upon departure • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk • Valet guest's vehicles as needed Qualifications: • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift over 25 pounds • Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills • Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays • A high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED is required • 1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service • Must be 21 years of age and older and have a valid driver's license Compensation: $15 hourly + tips
