Opportunity We are looking for an experience Leader to develop our Group Fitness program. We feel Group Fitness is essential to the growth of our business and we are investing into building the Group Fitness business model.

Skills and Experience

Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification: AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.

Minimum 3-years of experience in teaching group fitness and small group training.

1-year minimum experience in a supervisory capacity.

Experience and certification in Personal Training is preferred.

Proven ability to grow participation and satisfaction.

Proactive in developing schedules with a deep roster for coverage.

Ability to develop staffs through expanding team members capability and capacity.

Drives employee engagement through developing a positive team culture.

Asserts in managing the infrastructure to exceed the clients expectations.

Compensation We have a performance-based compensation program that pays for both leadership, supervisory, and hosting training events.
