    Report To: Senior Vice President, Development and Chief of Staff (Procurement Lead)

    Requirements Overview:

    BS in finance, accounting, supply chain, or business administration

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Preferred 3+ years of experience in related/similar role

    Strongly Preferred experience in construction-related procurement

    Preferred multi-unit/store experience

    Ability to manage cross-functional projects with overlapping deadlines

    Strong negotiation, relationship and interpersonal skills

    Ability to surface and support continued process improvements

    Ability to embrace and drive change across the organization

    Self-directed; ability to support multiple tasks across stakeholder groups and internal management

    Hyrbrid role working remotely and ability to travel to the office

    Based in California or Tri-state area

    As the Manager of Procurement, you will be responsible for the overall management of all Crunch franchise vendors and suppliers that provide soft goods to each club and oversee the entire vendor community. This includes identification of new products / materials within the use of each club, negotiating new and existing vendor contracts, and managing policies and processes to support the overall vendor lifecycle. As the single point contact you will provide insights into the vendor landscape that drive positive business outcomes, maximize value of investments and alignment to business objectives by determining the best vendors and value for the brand. You will be involved in construction and non-construction related activities.

    Responsibilities:

    Be an upbeat team-player, with valued experience of successfully driving value in vendor relationships, proven project management abilities with attention to detail.

    Have required excellent organizational and negotiating skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.

    Be able to develop strong relationships with vendors, as well as Franchise Owners, and the corporation.

    Understand and respond to procurement gaps, as well as managing vendor performance and implement corrective action where deemed necessary.

    Understand contractual relationships with vendors and ensure the correct partnerships are introduced to the brand.

    Introduce and onboard national vendors where applicable to align with business objectives.

    Introduce new projects, categories, and opportunities for construction and non-construction related activities.

    As the successful candidate you must be able to provide knowledge and expertise across all aspects of the business which will span franchise-owned clubs specifically:

    Franchise

    Lead procurement/sourcing function, including coordinating with management team and department leaders to develop expansive, data-driven strategies and analytical metrics to measure procurement success and execute vendor vetting.

    Manage robust procurement project tracker, tracking project opportunities (pipeline) and stages of active projects (from strategy to implementation)

    Develop and execute RFI/ RFQ/ RFP processes/strategies through spend/pricing analytics, category research/expertise, and stakeholder collaboration with the goal to deliver optimal terms for both Franchisor and Franchisees.

    Develop financial models to quantify and analyze competitive proposals for complex expense categories, often utilizing large datasets from various sources with multi-year forecasting considerations, along with opportunity assessment scorecards.

    Develop & maintain KPI metrics to track & quantify achievement of Crunch objectives for all procurement projects (ie. cost savings & cost avoidance through direct negotiations & competitive bids)

    Validate benefits secured through procurement initiatives are accurately activated via review of supplier invoicing and reporting review, as well as company financial statement allocations and classifications.

    Lead new preferred vendor partnership/program implementation and launches, including developing project roadmaps and drafting all internal/external communications.

    Lead monthly Procurement COE Council, presenting procurement projects savings and strategic initiatives to senior leadership & private equity investor leads for collaboration and strategic feedback.

    Lead monthly Franchise Procurement Council, obtaining feedback to drive network program launches to 350+ domestic locations.

    Manage vendor contracts to plan for/review renewal cycles & key dates/terms.

    Manage and maintain strategic supplier relationships through day-to-day support and formal Quarterly Business Reviews.

    Salary Range:

    Current range is $100,00 to $140,000 based on experience plus Crunch benefits and health insurance.
