RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
Introduce the Crunch Fitness brand to the community in the months leading up to the gym’s grand opening
Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the pre-opening membership office and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics
Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in “street team” activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)
Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations
Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members
Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning
Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership
Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
and HAVE FUN!!!
