Responsibilities:
Meeting sales goals (measured daily/weekly/monthly) and other performance criteria
Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner: able to knowledgeably suggest safe tanning times and different UV tanning beds and spray tan options
Ensuring all members have protective eyewear in compliance with FDA guidelines
Maintaining a clean and organized tanning facility, ensuring not only visible cleanliness but constant proper sanitation
Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Cash handling and drawer reconciliation.
Properly utilizing/understanding POS software in combination with separate tanning software
Ability to multi-task and delegate duties to bed cleaners as needed
Balancing all needs of the tanning desk during extremely high traffic periods of the day
Continually use suggestive selling techniques to increase tanning product sales
Ability to thoroughly and competently explain the difference in tanning equipment, UV light types, and different tanning lotionsQualifications:
Qualifications
High school diploma, or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
Reliable transportation
