As our Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving results, leading a passionate team, and delivering the top-tier service and experience our members deserve. Reports to: Owner

What We're Looking For

4+ years of leadership/management experience (fitness industry preferred)

Bachelor’s degree preferred

CPR/AED certification (required)

Proven track record in team leadership, customer service, and operations

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to hit goals

A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and a love for fast-paced environments

What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Culture

Create an upbeat, inclusive, and productive work environment

Inspire and guide your team to consistently exceed member expectations

Lead weekly meetings, coach staff, and develop high-performing department heads

Represent and uphold the Crunch brand with energy and integrity

Sales & Revenue

Drive membership and personal training sales through strategic promotions and team motivation

Maintain clear and consistent tracking of leads, conversions, and team performance

Build relationships in the community to grow brand presence and partnerships

Operations & Facility Excellence

Oversee daily operations with a sharp eye on cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security

Partner with maintenance and support teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork

Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally

Financial Performance

Understand and manage the club budget, hitting revenue targets and controlling expenses

Track KPIs and report on progress toward sales, personal training, and profitability goals
