Membership Sales: Actively engage in selling memberships to potential new members.
Greet Members & Guests: Welcome all members and guests with a smile upon arrival and wish them well as they exit the club.
Check-in Procedures: Ensure all members and guests are checked in according to company procedures.
Message Facilitation: Handle any messages on the club software during member check-in.
Phone Etiquette: Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
Event Communication: Inform members and guests about special events happening at the club.
Welcoming Atmosphere: Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
Member Requests: Facilitate all member requests or forward them to a manager if necessary.
Professional Disposition: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Retail Sales: Sell retail products available at the club.
Schedule Services: Schedule member services such as tanning.
Payment Processing: Facilitate payment for member services in accordance with company procedures.
Facility Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the club's facilities, services, and schedules.
Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized.
Project Assistance: Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
Policy Adherence: Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Opening and Closing Duties: Perform all opening and closing duties as required.
