    Requirements

    Ability to bring positive energy to the organization and create a collaborative team environment - required.

    4 years of group fitness management experience - required

    Strong leadership skills - required.

    Current in certifications – required. AFFA or other Nationally recognized required.Group Fitness Certification - required. Experience with ABC Financial - preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    Respond to all member issues concerning group the fitness Training Program.

    Creates, distribute, & maintain group fitness schedule.

    Ensure all classes are covered and facilitate sub procedures at facility.

    Report attendance numbers on a monthly basis to the club manager.

    Submit payroll information to the general manager.

    Submit all quarterly schedule changes to group fitness training manager for updates to schedule and website.

    Attends corporate training events and facilitate the implementation of new programming.

    Create contact lists for all club specific instructors.

    Provide consistent business-related communication with all instructors.

    Manages the member check-in protocol.

    Encourage attendance at special events.

    Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.

    Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
