Job Description: The Production Lead will ensure our members receive the highest quality of service. PL will exhibit an ability to achieve the financial targets for the club. This will be done by leading from the front to achieve personal sales goals and motivating and training front desk staff to do the same. PL will demonstrate an aptitude and command of all company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of our Core Values.

Responsibilities:
Administration/Organization
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
Illustrate an ability to make effective decisions.
Potentially recruit and hire the highest possible caliber of staff.
Cover & execute front desk duties in addition to sales production activities.
Sales/Revenue Management
Achieve desired sales goals, personally and club.
Achieve desired revenue goals thru the leadership and motivation of employees.
Implement and support company programs and promotion to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership and personal training growth.
Help ensure that the team maintains proper tracking forms and the daily leads.
Help ensure that all promotions are effectively communicated to your team and all other appropriate staff.
Ensure ongoing prospecting and generation of new prospective members.
Review sales-related written communication such as proposal, letters and promotional pieces for effectiveness, spelling, accuracy and distribution
Help ensure that the staff has a high level of knowledge about the club’s programs, facilities and equipment.
Emphasize importance of involvement in the community and neighborhood
Personal Training/Revenue Management
Achieve desired personal training revenue and production goals, personally and club.
Achieve desired revenue and production results thru the leadership and motivation of employees.
Implement and support company programs and promotion to help generate new PT client acquisition for optimum member base penetration.
Facilitate integration of Personal Training products into point of sale presentations to maximize the number of orientation sessions scheduled and packages sold.
Leadership/Accountabilities
Serve as a role model for employees.
Provide an inspirational environment that welcomes honest feedback from employees and takes action to ensure a quality, working environment.
Support department heads.
Support company programs and promotion to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth.
Keep current in knowledge of key competitors.
Conduct frequent walk through of the club.
Profit Centers/Measurement Standards
Illustrate an ability to drive membership profit.
Monitor flagged check-ins to increase revenue and collections.
Demonstrate an ability to increase revenue per member.
Ensure standards of club’s cleanliness and customer service excellence.
Demonstrate professionalism by leading by example.
Membership retention.
Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Able to cover and work front desk competencies in addition to sales production competencies.
Follow all policies and procedures.
