Job Responsibilities of our Brand Ambassadors:

Introduce the Crunch Fitness brand to the community in the months leading up to the gym’s grand opening

Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the pre-opening membership office and in the field through guerrilla marketing tactics

Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in “street team” activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)

Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations

Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members

Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning

Tour potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership

Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
