Reports to:

Manager

Requirements:

Get's excited about talking to students, & people in the East Lansing area, in order to promote our new gym with the goal of selling new memberships.

Is comfortable being in a sales role with responsibility to meet sales targets.

Check in with sales manager on a regular basis for accountability, and to update the manager on daily progress.

Schedule:

Part time and full time positions available up to 40hrs. Flexible scheduling available for students and anyone with a second job.

We are willing to work with you around your schedule.

Responsibilities:

Membership Sales

Greet everyone with a smile

Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner

Communicate special events to members and guests

Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome

Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager

Maintain professional disposition at all times

Schedule member services: tanning, etc

Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures

Know club facility, services, and schedules

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist in all projects as delegated by club management

Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook

Meetings:

Daily meetings with sales manager
