Job Description:
The Crunch Training and Development Associate will ensure that team members are on-boarded according to company policy, completing all training duties and passing a position based entry exam prior to starting their first shift. He/she will exhibit an ability to hire, train and develop staff members to meet or exceed company expectations in sales, service, and operational procedures. He/she will demonstrate an aptitude and command of all company wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Crunch brand.

Requirements:
4 year college degree preferred
2 years experience using CRM system or customer data management system (preferably DataTrack)
2 years on-boarding & development experience
2 years management experience required
Fitness management experience preferred
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required

Responsibilities:
Administration/Organization
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the company.
Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
Develop existing team members according to company standard
Identify procedural effectiveness and communicate ideas to improve the overall performance of the company.
Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
Maintain an organized reporting and filing system for employee reviews, daily training and development, and all new hire on-boarding.
Operations
Coordinate and work within club support functions of Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology.
Support personnel related problems or difficulties by training staff to follow club procedure and documentation.
Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to the members.
Meetings
Attend Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings
Host / Attend Employee Training Meetings
Weekly Club Management Meeting
Annual Performance Evaluations
Measurement Standards
Successful management of all on-boarding and new hire training.
