    Assignment Focus:

    The Training Content Developer is responsible for designing and developing learning and practicing experiences for our online, webinar, classroom and in-club training platforms to include full-motion video, animation, text and graphics. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring the knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner while catering to all learning styles utilizing multimedia technologies.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and execution

    Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods including rapid eLearning

    Work with Regional team members to identify eLearning training needs

    Create storyboards for all course content

    Work with SMEs to create course outlines, scripts and assets

    Incorporate game mechanics within eLearning courses and LMS

    Create and manage all graphics and animations

    Manage eLearning course catalog within LMS

    Perform audits on existing eLearning content for updates

    Recommend exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

    Create supporting material that enhance the learning experience (audio, video, simulations, role plays, game, etc.)

    Maintain project documentation in Google Drive

    Maintain course folders within Dropbox

    Assist in editing and packaging the best practice video clips for Crunch U Community

    Assist in managing and maintaining all training PowerPoint’s and Prezi’s

    Research and stay informed on all up and coming training software and best practice

    Job Requirements:

    BS or MA degree in instructional design, multimedia design, graphic design art or similar

    Proven work experience in instructional design and with instructional technology

    Proficient knowledge of gamification theories and concepts

    Excellent knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models

    Lesson and curriculum planning skills

    Proven knowledge and experience with course development software (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)

    Strong knowledge and experience with at least one LMS

    Proven work experience with storyboarding and visual design

    Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
