Marketing Assistant
Reports to: Executive Vice President
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Superior organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to facilitate meetings and train staff
Ability to lead, communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Strong organization skills, excellent listening skills, strong negotiation and presentation skills and a keen attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
A high comfort-level in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Physical Factors
Primarily sitting at a computer workstation with occasional bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, walking and lifting up to 50 pounds
Typical Working Conditions will include inside work at the corporate office or onsite at a club facility

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, monthly sales calls and meetings, webinars, and trade shows
Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
Manage social media accounts including Facebook, and Instagram.
Implement and maintain SEO/SEM strategies including keyword and market research.
Track and analyze performance and success of SEO strategies through Google Analytics.
Assist with creation of advertising materials (e.g. print ads, on-line ads, brochures).
Email marketing – creation, delivery and enhancement.
All materials produced are to follow brand guidelines.
Build and maintain industry expertise.
