    Job Description

    J.B. and Associates, is looking to take their operations to the next level with the addition of an office manager to the team. This team member will essentially serve as the right hand of the CEO and COO, ensuring functions within the organization, spanning 150+ employees, run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities will range from general office and HR processes, to problem solving, to supporting the CEO. Consistent attention to detail and follow through are of the utmost importance in this role. The ideal candidate will come prepared to demonstrate their proficiency with using technology effectively and applying extreme organization onto every aspect of their job.

    Compensation will be commensurate with experience and abilities, but we expect to hire within the $15-20/hr range. Benefits include PTO, healthcare, a retirement savings plan, and a job you actually enjoy.

    Responsibilities will include:

    Ownership of specific HR processes, including policy adherence, employee onboarding, and other related paperwork

    Administration of our employee listening platform

    Running and distributing reports on various business operations

    Management of or oversight over specific key company projects

    Communication on behalf of the company and CEO

    Support of the marketing team with social media posting and monitoring

    Occasional errands on behalf of the company and CEO (mileage reimbursement available)

    Finding a better way to execute on the processes you own

    Required qualities, experience, or traits:

    Residing within 40 miles of Lincoln and possession of a reliable means of transportation

    Ability to lift 10 lbs

    High school diploma or GED

    Technical proficiency with G-Suite and Office 365

    3+ years in an office environment with similar responsibilities

    Preferred qualities, experience, or traits:

    10+ years in an office environment with similar responsibilities

    Background in HR or project management

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    A desire for not just a job, but a long term career

    A general desire to learn new things, solve problems, and get stuff done
