Fluent in English
Computer Skills
Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated
Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Special Skills:
Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Maintain a calendar of a minimum of two outreach activities each week, including community events, appearances and other communication opportunities
Nurture old and new relationships with collaborative partners
Manage social media marketing campaigns and day to day activities
Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video & listen)
Design, create and manage promotions and social media campaigns
Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
Maintain and manage lead boxes at local retail establishment
Attend one Chamber of Commerce meeting per month
Assist with outbound calls to prospects and leads
Communicate special events to members and guests
Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
Maintain professional disposition at all times
Know club facility, services, and schedules
Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
