Job Overview:
The Manager of Facilities is a key member of the operation's team. We need someone who can lead by the "book" as well as create that "book." You will run a small team of Regional Technicians and develop our Six Sigma strategy using data, our automated system and your team and vendors to manage to the highest standards. You are the resident expert.
Primary Activities:
Take a proactive approach in all activities
Manage data through an automated ticketing system
Deliver preventive maintenance through a scheduled process to ensure all things working 100% of the time
Source and negotiate 3rd party vendor agreements
Ensure delivery of just-in-time service
Regularly visit sites to evaluate conditions and identify needs (up to 50% of time)
Create and actively manage Standardized Operating Procedures
Work with new gym general contractors and service providers as needed

Physical Demands:
This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in facility management, business management or related field is a bonus
3 to 5 years of fitness facility or multi-location management
Experience in technical operations and facilities management best practices
Compensation package:
Base salary between $48,000 and $60,000
Bonus opportunity for up to 10% of base salary
