    We are seeking a driven and passionate Network Development Specialist to join our team. The candidate will leverage their drive and organizational skills to be a key member of the network development team and enable exceptional service to our clients- all while learning and growing within their career.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Responsible in negotiating and procuring professional and ancillary contracts from healthcare providers who meet client needs (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, LTSS, PCMH, Mental Health, Vision, Dental and Substance Abuse)
    • Maintaining relationships with providers and conducting necessary field activities associated with managing the provider network in assigned geographical area
    • Monitoring of various reports to insure all necessary compliance requirements are met and maintained
    • Accountable for monitoring all necessary reports to ensure compliance requirements are met and all information is updated within the firm’s system.
    • Lead all reconciliation of contracts and supporting documents into database/system.
    • Perform online provider/facility research to include websites and contacting offices to confirm information, including contact and follow-up for missing information
    • Uses team approach to resolve provider contract language and fee schedule negotiations
    • Must successfully meet productivity targets as defined by clients, typically regional or national health plans.

    Desired Experience and Background:

    • 1 - 4 years managed care contracting experience soliciting and negotiating professional and/or ancillary providers.
    • Sales or customer service experience
    • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
    • Understanding of common office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required. Proficiency in Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V:Lookups) to support creation of spreadsheets for both analysis and management reporting is a plus, as is familiarity and
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Healthcare related degree is a plus.
