Help Crushr forge it's way to success.Crushr is looking for a responsible full-time driver to drive and operate our Crushr truck mostly from north of the Raritan River to Newark and west along I-287 and I-78 corridores. Truck parked in Elizabeth, NJ nightly now, but can be moved.

• Driver is guarnteed 30 hours per week, but could be asked to work overtime when necessary. Overtime paid once weekly hours reach 40. • Hourly rate of $22-$25 per hour depending on driving record and experience. The driver will also have the ability to earn commissions for bringing in new leads. • Day shift. • Work with sales manager to learn sales pitch and sales techniques. • This is an early stage high growth company and there will be opportunities for promotion and growth. • For some insight into the job, please see www.CrushrNJ.com. • No CDL required, but CDL A or B or higher drivers can be asked to work for our new related sister company in the future as that company grows.

Requirements: • Excellent customer service and verbal skills required. • Ability to work with CRM systems and other technology. • DOT physical required. Commercial driver's license not required, but favored. • Ability to climb ladders and lift and throw 40+ lb. objects above head on a regular basis. • Ability to climb around truck to reach grease fittings to grease joints for biweekly maintenance. • Must agree to periodic and random drug screening. (Candidates are reminded that drivers operating a commercial motor vehicle (CMV), as defined in 49 CFR § 390.5, are still prohibited from using marijuana, because of federal drug testing regulations…regardless of state or local laws.)
