JOB SUMMARY: Cryo Associates is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Order Operations Manager in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Qualified candidates will handle all duties relating to the processing of purchase orders, managing vendors and scheduling jobs with our biomedical customers and hospitals. Some previous experience working in sales order processing, purchasing and/or inventory control is required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts pro-active outreach to customers regarding order status and shipping dates, and informs staff and customers of any potential delays

• Attends Operations meetings and maintains field team’s schedule and logistics

• Receives and processes incoming inventory, parts and equipment

• Processes customer orders using order entry system, maintains inventory

• Takes inbound customer calls and facilitate calls to appropriate sales or technical team member

• Handles all online orders and e-commerce marketing

• Conducts outreach to customers to schedule maintenance and equipment installation

• Maintains accurate customer files for sales and marketing team

• Completes customer quoting and invoicing when needed

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Prior work in a Sales order processing and Purchasing is required

• Proficiency with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as Netsuite, Sage, Oracle, Epicor, or Microsoft Dynamics GP

• Proficient with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel

• Must be detail oriented and organized with a pleasant, customer service focused personality

• Must possess excellent time-management skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks through to completion

• Ability to learn quickly, be self-motivated and work independently

• Spelling and grammar proficiency

• Proficient with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel

• Project management experience a plus

EXPERIENCE:

• Four year college, Associate degree or high school graduation

• Minimum 3 years in an Order Entry or Customer Service role (non-retail)
