nnovative Whole Body CRYOTHERAPY Healthcare Center in WEST HOLLYWOOD is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, punctual, and team-oriented Receptionist/ Medical Assistant/Cryotechnician.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Helps clients by providing information, services, and assistance.

• Maintains medical supplies inventory and performing maintenance to keep cryotherapy equipment operating.

• Verifies patient information by interviewing clients, recording treatment modality, and confirming purpose of visit.

• Prepares patients for cryotherapy by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure, and temperature; and going over contraindication.

• Secures clients information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; entering treatment modality in booking software; and keeping patient information confidential.

• Answers phone calls and schedules appointments for cryotherapy treatments, doctors’ consultations, IV Therapy, and all other appointments.

• Supervises patients in the Cryochamber and makes sure equipment is running on the correct temperature and all patients wear protective gear.

• Prepares changing and treatment rooms.

• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

• Ability to communicate clearly, understandably, and professionally

• Works well in a team setting and independently

• Must be available on WEEKENDS

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent work ethic and phone etiquette

• CUSTOMER SERVICE and issue resolution

• Computer knowledge

• Ability to create positive relationship with clients

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and concerns easily

• Passion, knowledge and involvement in HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Medical Assistant Certificate a plus but nor required.*
