Education and Required Skills:

__High School Diploma

Technical School graduate a plus.

Possess basic reading, writing and math skills (addition and subtraction).

Have strong verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Demonstrate a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination for working with small components.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.

Show a willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.

Despite this variation, employees are paid for a consistent 40-hour workweek, with weekly pay.
