G.L. Hunt's partner plumbing company is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. The right candidate would have Strong Organizational and Leadership skills, be comfortable making decisions and enforcing processes, and be detail-oriented, but able to see the big picture. We would prefer applicants with Home Services experience and experience with dispatching, scheduling, and office management. This role is not a good fit for those who avoid conflict or accountability, prefer to be micro-managed, or struggle in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations and workflow • Oversee CSR(s): scheduling, call handling, booking quality, and customer communication • Coordinate technician schedules, dispatch, and job flow • Handle invoicing, job close-out, and follow-ups • Maintain organization of paperwork, permits, and job records • Support payroll, time tracking, and basic HR administration • Enforce company processes, scripts, and standards • Communicate clearly with ownership on issues, trends, and improvements Qualifications: • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Comfortable making decisions and enforcing processes • Excellent communication (phone, text, email) • Ability to manage multiple priorities without panic • Detail-oriented, but able to see the big picture • Experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) preferred • Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or office management strongly preferred Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly
