Cualtzin Salon is looking to add a new team member. If you are a Hair Stylist with 5 or more years of experience and want to keep growing, we are looking for you. Responsibilities: • Give great guest service, maximize guests experience • Pre-book appointments • Great with color and able to do different techniques like balayage, ombre, highlights, etc • Like to do fun haircuts and styles • Recommend products and extra services according to the guest's needs • Shampoo hair, help other team members if they need help • Help maintain salon in great condition and presentable for our guests Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience behind the chair • Be comfortable doing color utilizing different techniques like Balayage, Ombre, Highlights, etc • Virginia State Board of Cosmetology License • Good working in a team environment or by him/her self • Be proficient in different hair cuts • Great guests services • Be able to work weekends • Open mind • Be able to work with different hair textures Compensation: $45,000 - $90,000 yearly
