As a Cubby Care Advocate, you will be providing care and support to all customers (special needs families and medical providers) via phone calls and text-based messaging. Your objective will be to provide experiences that are compassionate and exceptional but also efficient and attentive, every step of the way! This position offers a dynamic work environment that is challenging, supportive, and fun RESPONSIBILITIES & IMPACT Your role as Cubby Care Advocate is to earn customers' trust, empathize and help educate them on our Cubby Bed and accessories. You will assist in helping customers in funding options on how to obtain our safety bed and be a guide on these processes in the event they encounter any roadblocks. This role is responsible for but not limited to: - Phone support with calls ranging from speaking with families about the Cubby Bed to Medical Suppliers asking for a quote - Provide support to text-based tickets such as email, chat, Meta/Social - Deliver customer happiness through thorough knowledge of Cubby offerings, effective communication, building trust, and rapport while keeping empathy top of mind - Help customers navigate funding options and assist with removing obstacles during their Cubby journey - Optimize software to support building our databases and knowledge - Support with miscellaneous tasks such as picking up mail, attending conferences, assembling beds, etc. QUALIFICATIONS - Must be located in the Denver Metro area.
