    POSITION DETAILS:

    The Client Services Associate will oversee all of our Projects in the Investment Division.   The projects will mostly consist of creating content to educate our clients on different types of investments we offer (Individual/Joint, Traditional IRA, Roth IRA, 529 College Savings Plans & UTMA/UGMA).  They will be responsible to create networking opportunities with our clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Driving business through our current clients, networking, and referrals
    • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
    • Set up Lunch & Learns/Zoom to educate our clients on the options we have in Investments
    • Manage follow ups with our clients on a continual basis
    • Create reporting for management
    • Assist with inputting client data in our Client Relationship Manager (Software)
    • Mail out correspondence
    • Assist with any task given by management

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1-2 years of Investment Experience (Entry Level)
    • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
    • Marketing development/networking abilities
    • Presentation and organization skills
    • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel ie Data Entry, Formulas, Pivot Tables)
    • Bilingual (Preferred): Spanish

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Must have experience with Mutual Funds
    • High School Diploma
    • Must be organized, creative & detailed
