    POSITION DETAILS:

    Responsible for contacting prospective clients using multiple forms of communication including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and social media.  This will include inputting them into the agency database. Communication to external prospects, leads or clients will vary based on individual goals. Multiple options for continued growth and expansion within department.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide and assist with general clerical and administrative support to staff including handling email generation, researching and gathering information
    • Contacting set number of clients/prospects each day with phone calls and emails
    • Entering clients/prospects into management database
    • Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow team members
    • Experience or strong willingness to develop key relationships and market our products within community organizations and the local business community

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Prior experience in customer service, insurance industry preferred
    • Friendly, outgoing, positive personality
    • Must be able to type at least 40 wpm

    Must Have

    • Cell Phone
    • Ability to pass comprehensive background check
    • Reliable transportation
