Job Description

As a temp staffing manager, you will oversee all aspects of this operation to build successful relationships with prospects, clients, candidates, temporary employees and others. You will be able to build your own team.

• You will use traditional and creative sales and recruiting resources to ensure the steady supply of JO’s and qualified candidates to fill orders and your activities are achieving sales and margin goals.

• You will meet regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and win new business.

• Support your staff and monitor their metrics and feedback, maintaining multi-level client relationships to assure they are fully satisfied with our performance and that you effectively deal with any concerns.

• Help build and Train your team in all aspects of their job to ensure quality results with hands-on coaching/counseling. Plan for seasonal business peaks, recruiting ramp-ups, etc. Anticipate problems and help to avoid them.

• Establish and communicate goals, objectives and incentives to your staff regularly and provide guidance to staff on how that can increase their productivity, efficiency and compensation.

• Analyze weekly company and individual numbers and review monthly P&L statements against goals

• Review other duties as assigned to your teams to increase the performance of the company.

EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field

• Knowledge and experience using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software, plus use of a CRM system. Understand the use of metrics, KPI’s and trend analysis.

• Exceptional communication, customer service skills, systems knowledge and leadership experience.

• Staffing industry experience a plus working for a small to midsized company.
