Responsibilities:
- Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
- Coordinating culinary team tasks.
- Upholding safety and hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
- Designing new recipes and selecting plate presentations.
- Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
- Hiring and training of your culinary team.
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Working with local farmers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of working in a Michelin restaurant.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary trends, principles, and practices.
- Amazing accolades.
- Excellent knowledge of ordering and inventory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
