• Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximizing profit
• Providing overall leadership  and overseeing the general operations
• Training of new and current team and  provide excellent customer service to our locals

• Perform necessary administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and ordering 
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment for team members and customers

Skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of two years' supervisory/management experience in the restaurant industry
  
• Understanding of kitchen operations
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in, and an ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Proficient on a computer; familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, communicate and train team members
• Effective problem solving/decision-making abilities
• Accreditation with the Department of Health for Food Protection Certificate
• A clear understanding of current safety and sanitation laws
