- Perform necessary administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and ordering
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for team members and customers
Skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' supervisory/management experience in the restaurant industry
- Understanding of kitchen operations
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in, and an ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Proficient on a computer; familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, communicate and train team members
- Effective problem solving/decision-making abilities
- Accreditation with the Department of Health for Food Protection Certificate
- A clear understanding of current safety and sanitation laws
