 A day in the life: 

•  Ensure the pastries quality consistently meets our standards of excellence
• Implement and maintain systems to create efficiencies and improve the quality of the bakery kitchen operations
• Implement and maintain operational checklists including opening, closing, and mid-shift task lists
• Perform recipe reviews and quality assurance audits to ensure recipes are rigorously followed
• Train and coach staff within the assigned department to focus on recipe adherence
• Manage safety & cleanliness standards each shift
