A new high-volume restaurant is coming to LA and hiring a Dining Room Manager to join the team. 

Chef-driven restaurant with a seasonal menu

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for overall operations of the restaurant, which may include overseeing the staff, monitoring inventory, purchasing equipment, and supplies, and ensuring quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-4 years of chef-driven restaurant experience
• Proven ability to train and lead a great team
• Understanding of operating procedures FOH & BOH
• Wine and spirits knowledge
• A clear understanding of Open Table
• Passion for culinary and hospitality excellence
• Experience with private events preferred
