Restaurant Manager

We would love you to have:

• 2 years of previous Restaurant Manager experience in a quality, contemporary, fast-casual, or full-service restaurant
• Must follow directions, self-motivated, work clean, and stay organized
• Communicates clearly which requires listening and speaking
• Focuses on the details, especially food quality, food safety and sanitation, restaurant cleanliness, team appearance, and productivity
• Fixes problems quickly and can turn a bad situation into a great one
• Understands our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
• Understands and analyzes the P&L and course corrects as needed
• A flexible schedule is required-mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
