Regional Culinary Director

Quick Service multi-concept group is hiring a Culinary Director to oversee 7 highly profitable locations in CA & Vegas.

As a Culinary Director you will be responsible for the following:

• The ongoing training/development of the culinary team
• Ensures the success of all the restaurant's standards while making sure policies are followed properly. 
• Ensures that all menu, products are of the highest quality.
• Leads new store openings by developing BOH teams and supervises to ensure effectiveness and success with the opening process.
• Assists in the development (and execution) of systems to help hit all BOH cost controls vs budget/plan
  
• Attends senior team meetings
