JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health, and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
- The handling of fresh and superior products.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to support a smooth service period.
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food, according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Happy personality & a desire to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Dedicated to safety and sanitation procedures.
