    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health, and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
    • The handling of fresh and superior products.
    • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to support a smooth service period.
    • Portion, arrange, and garnish food, according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 1 year as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Happy personality & a desire to work in a team environment.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
    • Dedicated to safety and sanitation procedures.
