Constant inspection and evaluation of dining rooms, food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas. Responsible to ensure restaurants appearance meeting and exceeding standards as well as maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 3 years’ current experience as a General Manager in a high volume full-service restaurant exceeding 5 MM in annual sales volume
Excellent beverage knowledge
