Beverage Director

This is a unique position for a polished hospitality professional with extensive knowledge of wine and spirits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing financial information, monitoring budgets, ensuring efficient operation and that expenditures stay within limitations, take action to correct any deviations from the budget.
- Assist with all hiring of support team members.
- Lead the bar employees
- Ensure safety and sanitation are adhered to at all times
- Responsible for daily shift responsibilities.
- Manage the wine & beverage program.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beverage Manager in a chef-driven highly accolades restaurant.
- Excellent wine knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail
- A genuine passion for hospitality and an upbeat fun personality.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior.
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
