    This is a unique position for a polished hospitality professional with extensive knowledge of wine and spirits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in reviewing financial information, monitoring budgets, ensuring efficient operation and that expenditures stay within limitations, take action to correct any deviations from the budget.
    • Assist with all hiring of support team members.
    • Lead the bar employees
    • Ensure safety and sanitation are adhered to at all times
    • Responsible for daily shift responsibilities.
    • Manage the wine & beverage program.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beverage Manager in a chef-driven highly accolades restaurant.
    • Excellent wine knowledge.
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • A genuine passion for hospitality and an upbeat fun personality.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
    • Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior.
    • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
