Responsibilities:

• Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
• Coordinating culinary team tasks.
• Upholding safety and hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
• Designing new recipes and selecting plate presentations.
• Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
• Hiring and training your culinary team.
• Performing administrative tasks.
• Working with local farmers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of working in an upscale upscale chef-driven restaurant
• Advanced knowledge of culinary trends, principles, and practices.
• Amazing accolades.
• Excellent knowledge of ordering, inventory, and managing a profitable budget.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
